Hello!!

We would like to thank everyone for coming to our play. Our little performers looked lovely on stage. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!

This past week we revised the names of all the animals (Pets and wild animals) we have learnt so far.

We drew our favourite part of the play and we talked about how we felt while we were on stage. We had lots of happy faces up there!

Last but not least, we learnt two new sounds:  

/ng/ as in strong

and 

/v/ as in violin

We have been so busy with the school play that we forgot to update the blog.

The past week we learnt the names for:

To practise these we have worked a lot on the big booklet.

We learnt two new sounds /ee/ and /or/ as in bee and horse.

We are making a lot of emphasis into long vowel sounds:

We made trees and we put on them leaves with pictures that had the long vowel sounds.

Remember to get your tickets for the school play as from today Thursday 14^th until Wednesday 20^th August at the Reception.

Hi everyone!!

We hope you have enjoyed this windy and rainy weekend!!!

This past week we rehearsed a lot for the play. Well done kids for knowing your lines. Now, we are dancing almost every day to make the most beautiful choreographies.

We are learning long vowel sounds. They are a bit more difficult than the rest of the sounds but we are practising a lot. We learnt /oa/ as in goat and /ie/ as in tie.

                   

 

We have also started to learn new vocabulary related to animals. We learn the names for
